What is your return & exchange policy?

All items are made to order based on your selection(size, color, and design). Because each item is customized for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or design preferences. Please double-check your choices before completing your order.

We take pride in quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We can either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

OR

  • Offer store credit toward a future purchase
Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or shipping carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll track it down.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, they are already in processing and cannot be modified.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners in different locations depending on the item. This helps us offer a wider range of styles.
